This booking service is operated by X/S TATOUAGE ET PERÇAGE INC., doing business as XS Tattoo & Piercing ("XS", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@xstattoos.com or (514) 481-5554.

2. Using the booking service

You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. You must respect the cancellation and reschedule cutoffs shown at booking time and on your confirmation.

3. SMS program terms

If you opt in to text messages during booking, XS Tattoo & Piercing will send you SMS related to your appointment only: booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellation notices. We do not use SMS for marketing or review requests.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically up to 2 messages per booking.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or contact info@xstattoos.com / (514) 481-5554.
Consent is not required to make a booking. You can complete a booking without opting in and still receive email confirmations and reminders.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the booking service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
